What is the Roadmap?

The Roadmap is your central tool for planning, communicating, and aligning priorities with your teams and stakeholders.

It displays your tickets organized by periods (week, month, quarter) and by projects or products. Each column represents a period and contains the tasks scheduled for that timeframe. With the sum of HeroScores displayed at the top of each column, you get a quick view of the overall business impact of your deliveries.

This strategic view connects your objectives to concrete executions.

How to move a ticket to a different period?

To move a ticket from one period to another:

  1. Drag and drop the ticket into the column of the new period.
  2. The availability date will update automatically.

You cannot make a ticket available before its start date.

Changing the end date in the Roadmap does not affect the start date. To adjust it, go to the Timeline or directly to the ticket.
