How to see what has been planned?

The Planning menu is your central dashboard for viewing everything that has been planned. Here you will find your tickets broken down by tasks and visible by phase. You can view this information by week or by sprint, depending on your planning modes.

With this overview, you can easily track the current progress of your product design and development. Everything is right there before your eyes!

What do Now and Next mean?

What do the displayed skills mean?

The skills displayed in the column header correspond to the skills expected during the current period.

The skill displayed on a ticket's card indicates where the ticket is currently located.

How to move a ticket forward?

To move a ticket forward, you need to indicate that the planned actions on the current skill are complete. For each skill, a workflow is defined that you can customize in Settings under Skills.

What happens when the status becomes KO?

When the status of a ticket becomes KO, you can select the skill and status to which to return the ticket. By default, the ticket returns to the initial status of the current skill. It's like a second chance to adjust and make sure everything is on track.
