Why use templates?

Templates help you standardize and speed up content creation by providing a pre-established structure. Whether you're drafting messages, documents, or reports, templates save you time and ensure consistency in your communications.

How to use a template?

Generate a draft message

When you choose to generate a draft message from a template, the content of the template is completed in two possible ways:

  1. From already entered information: If you've already filled in information in the editor, the template will automatically incorporate it to complete the draft.
  2. From a message entered in the designated field: You can also enter a specific message in a dedicated field. The template will use this information to generate the content.

Use multiple templates

It’s possible to use multiple templates within the same document. The content generated by each template will follow sequentially. Additionally, you can use the content from one template to complement the next, creating a coherent and well-structured document.
