A product refers to a solution designed to meet the specific needs of users and provide added value. It is a tangible offering that evolves through a structured development cycle, including discovery, crafting, development, and deployment.
Each product has its own drivers, objectives, or teams, although they can also be common to several products.
From Settings, under Products, you can view all your products and create new ones by clicking on the + button.
Configuring segments allows you to group your customers according to similar characteristics, such as their needs, buying behaviors, or preferences. This helps you better target and personalize your products and services to effectively meet the specific needs of each group.
In the Products tab of your settings, you can define the customer segments associated with each of your products. Using the color gauge, you can determine the relative importance of each segment for a given product. When creating a ticket, you can select one or more relevant segments, helping you keep your priorities aligned with the needs of different segments.
From Settings, under Products, once you select a product, you can edit it by clicking on the three vertical dots.
From Settings, under Products, once you select a product, you can edit it by clicking on the three vertical dots and then delete it by clicking on the small red trash can. The deletion will require your confirmation and is final.
