No need to rack your brain! All you need to do is create your tickets, and RoadmapHero takes care of the rest. We automatically prioritize your tickets and update this prioritization in real-time. No more stressing about forgetting what's crucial for you.
We currently use a prioritization method similar to (R)ICE, with a secret twist, like the Big Mac (except ours is much healthier!). This method is highly adaptable and encourages you to think about the potential impact of each idea.
Our proprietary algorithm then calculates a priority score from 0 to 100. Simple, right?
And that's not all! We plan to add a second prioritization method in the second half of 2024: the Now, Next, Later method, enhanced with RoadmapHero's touch. With this method, there are no scores; you will have three indicators: Now, Next, Later. You can switch from one method to another with a click, at any time. Amazing, isn't it?
Each time you prioritize a new ticket, we reevaluate the prioritization of your tickets. We also update your priorities daily. However, you will rarely see drastic changes from one day to the next unless you make changes to your tickets' elements or workspace configuration.
Absolutely! You have a function to refresh the prioritization of your backlog, accessible directly from your profile under the name Update backlog prioritization. Depending on the size of your backlog, wait 1 to 5 minutes to see the result. But no need to panic and press the button constantly; each ticket modification already triggers a refresh.
No, for maintenance and bug tickets, you have full control. You are the only one who knows their exact impact on your product.
The confidence score is an important indicator used to assess the reliability and accuracy of the data associated with a ticket, especially when prioritizing tickets. This score reflects how confident you are about the potential impact, the efforts required, and the expected outcomes for completing your ticket.
A high confidence score indicates that you have a good understanding of the subject, which may justify making a quicker decision. On the other hand, a low score may suggest the need for more research or validation before fully committing.
No worries! If you think a score doesn't reflect reality, you can adjust your ticket's settings. First, check if there's a small error somewhere. If everything is in order but you want to set a different score for your own reasons, that's entirely possible.
Open the ticket, click on the score, choose the one that suits you, and confirm.
A manual score will not be automatically updated by our system.
