An OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is a management method that combines a specific objective with key results to measure its success. OKRs are defined for short periods, allowing for a significant impact on a key indicator of the company's activity. They are established at the enterprise level and broken down within teams, ensuring that all stakeholders work together towards common and aligned goals.
OKRs play a role in the automatic prioritization of your roadmap during a given period. Every time you create a ticket, the associated OKRs help determine its priority.
OKRs also allow you to easily track and link the needs you have addressed in relation to your organization’s strategic objectives.

OKRs increase the impact of your drivers during their active period. When you associate an OKR with a ticket, RoadmapHero automatically adjusts its priority in the roadmap. For example, if you create a Feature linked to drivers that affect one or more of your active OKRs, RoadmapHero will prioritize this feature accordingly.
To create a new OKR, go to your settings and click on “Add a new OKR”. You will have an overview of all existing OKRs and can add new OKRs by following these steps:
To edit an OKR, click on the one you wish to modify, then click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner. You can adjust all the information if your permissions allow it.
To delete an OKR, select it, click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner, and then click on the three vertical dots again. A deletion confirmation will automatically appear.
