The Members section in the settings allows you to manage users who have access to your RoadmapHero workspace. You can define their roles, permissions, and customize the products or pipelines they can access.

How to add a new member?

Click the + New member button in the top-right corner.

• Fill in the required information: Name, Email, and optionally, Phone.
• Define:
  • Type (Internal, Customer, External).
  • Permissions (Owner, Administrator, Builder, Contributor).
  • The products and pipelines the member can access.
• Confirm, and the member will be added to the list immediately.

What are the member types?

• Internal: Members within your organization (product, tech, marketing teams, etc.).
• Customer: Your clients or end users.
• External: External stakeholders, such as partners or suppliers.
