How to set priorities ?

Stakeholders are entities you’ve already created on the platform. They can represent teams, segments, personas, or customers. Each ticket is linked to the relevant stakeholders, allowing you to structure priorities based on their needs.

Priorities are set in collaboration with stakeholders or directly by the product team on their behalf. They are assigned according to four levels:

A single ticket can have different priority levels depending on the associated stakeholders.

These fields are optional but provide valuable insights for overall prioritization analysis.
