Once the RoadmapHero platform is set up, you arrive at a blank space ready to be customized to your needs. This is where your journey begins: creating your first tickets within your backlog.
To start, click on the Backlog tab. You'll have the option to create different types of tickets, whether initiatives/pains, features, bugs, or maintenance tickets.
Each ticket you create is automatically prioritized by our intelligent system, helping you focus on what has the most impact.
<aside> ๐๐ผ It's normal to notice priority score variations on your first tickets. Donโt worry! It's simply your prioritization system calibrating. The results are already consistent and reliable, allowing you to start planning with confidence.
