The Workflow section allows you to create and customize the stages (pipelines and statuses) that your tickets will follow. This enables you to tailor the workflow to your work process and connect your tools for seamless management.
What is a workflow in RoadmapHero?
A workflow is a set of pipelines organized to reflect your work stages:
- Each pipeline represents a key stage (e.g., Discovery, Delivery).
- Each pipeline consists of statuses (e.g., Ready, To Do, In Progress, Done) to track ticket progress.
How to add or customize a pipeline?
- Add a Pipeline:
- Click the + New pipeline button in the top-right corner.
- Name your pipeline and associate it with your products.
- Add statuses to structure this stage.
- Customize an Existing Pipeline:
- Click on a pipeline from the list to:
- Edit its name or statuses.
- Add or delete statuses by clicking the + button or the 🗑️ icon.
What types of statuses can you configure?
- Ready: Indicates that the ticket is ready to enter this pipeline (unique status).
- To Do: Lists tasks to be initiated (e.g., To Prioritize, Waiting for Validation). Multiple "To Do" statuses can be created.
